I’m shooting a new video series for you guys. It’s called “the truth about” series. I’ll be talking about common mistakes people make when it comes to health and fitness e.g doing sit ups alone for flat abs (a lot of people still make this mistake).
If there’s something that confuses you, drop a comment and I’ll answer it in the series.
It’s day 2 of the #nosugarchallenge on my Facebook group. I’m sharing tips all the way. Click the link in my bio to join the challenge.
Today’s tip 👇
It can sometimes be difficult to go from having sugar everyday (more than once a day) to having absolutely no sugar.
If you’re finding it hard to make the transition, then compromise. Make this challenge work for you by compromising, just don’t give up.
So how do you compromise? Simple.
Say you normally have 4 bottles of coke a day, start by cutting it down to 2. Do this for a few days (maybe 5 days). Once you’re used to this, cut down further to 1 bottle a day. Then take that one bottle and dilute it with some water.
Then start to flavour your water with fruits and veggies. At this point, you will be much more in control of your sugar content.
You can apply this to whatever you’re struggling with the most.
What will you compromise on during this challenge? Comment below.
The #nosugarchallenge starts tomorrow, join my Facebook group to be a part of it. I’m sharing lots of tips already. Check out the hot bodies when we’re done 😁Click the link in my bio to join. #thefitchiclife
If you’re thinking of over indulging this Friday, this workout will have you feeling a little less guilty. It's a pyramid style workout so,
10 sec exercise plus 10 sec rest
20 sec exercise plus 20 sec rest
30 sec exercise plus 30 sec rest (you get the idea)
Once you get to the 60 sec exercise plus 60 second rest, start again from the last exercise. So,
60 sec exercise plus 60 sec rest,
50 sec exercise plus 50 sec rest.......all the way down. Enjoy 😊!
It’s called endorphins, they make you happy 😃
Why is it exercising makes me forget all the blues (at least for a while) as soon as it kicks in. Woke up all sorts of down and decided to kick myself in the behind with 4km and a 15 min yoga session.
Well so far it worked. Thanks coachie @bodeadavies
When @yourniiffe gives you a voucher for signing up on her website, you take that voucher and go buy that jumpsuit you’ve been eyeing. No point building a fabulous body if you can’t wear nice clothes, abi? Go sign up with @yourniiffe and get your own discount voucher, I will not be sharing mine 😜
You don’t get abs by doing ab exercises I.e crunches, sit ups
Buying abs devices, flat belly pills, teas will not give you a flat belly.
You can’t specifically target fat in your abs only
Total body workouts and a clean diet are key
Having a flat belly doesn’t necessarily mean you’re physically fit.
There is no quick fix to flat abs, getting better with overall fitness is a more sustainable goal.
