We’d like to take a moment to admire this spread from @shutthefigup. Anybody else wish their dinners looked like they were straight out of a cookbook? 🙋🏻. She paired this herb + lemon chicken with sweet potatoes, buckwheat cooked in our bone broth (such a good way to sneak in broth!) and paired it with homemade cashew butter. #dinnergoals

All the fall feels with this warm bone broth soup 🙏🏻✨ I made a huge batch of this to keep in the fridge/freezer for cold rainy days like today. Bone broth has SO many healing properties, and is especially beneficial for the gut {i.e #sibo, #leakygut, #candida}
👉 In a large pot heat 1 package each of @bonafideprovisions chicken & beef bone broths with 6 c water & bring to boil. Add a little @chosenfoods avocado oil, raw veggies of choice (I did carrots, celery, delicata squash} + herbs {Italian parsley, ginger, oregano, 1 bay leaf, black pepper, turmeric, & @philosophielove green dream}. I also added 1 packet of @vitalproteins bone broth peptides for added nutrients {if you live in Boston, check out @cambridgenaturals for allll the healthy goods 😎} Simmer for 1-2 hours. When almost finished, add kale + spiralized zucchini

16 ounces BP chicken bone broth
¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
½ teaspoon rosemary
Celtic Sea Salt and Black Pepper
1 ½ tablespoons ghee (for those who can’t tolerate lactose or casein) or grassfed butter
1 lemon wedge

In a medium saucepan, heat up the broth on medium heat until it begins to simmer. Add spices and turn the temperature down to low. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to a high-speed blender pitcher. Add ghee + squeeze of lemon wedge and blend on medium-high for 30 seconds until frothy and well combined. Serve right away

This may be one of our most favorite recipes, ever. ICE CREAM. Want to find a way to sneak bone broth into (literally) everything? This Drinkable Veggie based ice cream will blow your mind. Dairy free, no added sugar + collagen protein. Check out the recipe below!

INGREDIENTS
1 bottle REVIVE
2 cups frozen strawberries
6 ounces pineapple juice (no sugar added)
1 cup coconut cream
1 teaspoon ground turmeric

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all of the ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend until creamy, about 1 minute.
Transfer to the refrigerator to chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Transfer to an ice cream maker and churn for 15-20 minutes or until it has come together and looks fairly thick. 
Remove from the ice cream maker and transfer to an airtight container. Store in the freezer for up to two weeks.
