You know ur a foodie when you can master pouring syrup in one hand and snapping a mid pour shot with the other. I have barely any time to whip together breakfast before I workout in the morning so this is about as fancy as I'll get. Plus its not too heavy and I get all the macros in. 😜

In all seriousness though, allowing myself to have sweets and incorporating ice cream, dark chocolate, cereal, cookies, etc. into my diet, keeps me 1) HAPPY 2) from binging on unhealthy foods, and 3) from feeling guilty about eating sweets. Dessert is my favorite meal of the day, and before I started tracking I would feel terrible about myself after eating these types of food. But when it comes to the end of the day, and 'ice cream fits my macros' I never feel this guilt... instead, I savor every last spoonful of double chocolate ice cream topped with cocoa krispies (& the occasional PB) & know it's going straight to those gains. 💪🏼💪🏼
This has been my super easy go-to meal when it comes to food prepping. Salsa crockpot chicken (which is just 3 breasts, half packet of low sodium taco seasoning and a jar of salsa on low for 4-6 hours)... black beans, corn, brown rice, sautéed peppers and onions, roasted broccoli and shredded low fat cheese. So much flavor in this bowllllll (I get excited to eat it even after day 4). 35p/42c/9f
Who else could eat acorn squash all day errrryday?! Especially when they're only $1.50 each at Trader Joe's. 😍Easiest way to cook them is to slice em in the middle and cook face down for 20 mins at 425. Then flip over and cook for an additional 20 mins. Add on maple syrup, honey, brown sugar, cinnamon - whatever Autumn flavor your heart desires.
Best topping of all tho is honey goat cheese (and a lil rosemary). ---

A super easy pumpkin oats recipe for your Autumn mornings! 🍁
45g rolled oats
46g (3tbs) egg whites
about 1/2 cup almond milk
10 grams raisins
70g pumpkin puree
stevia, sugar free maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice.
Mix together rolled oats and almond milk and microwave for 1 min. Mix in egg whites and microwave for 60-90sec. Stir in pumpkin puree, stevia, pumpkin pie spice and maple syrup - microwave for 1 min.
Then top off with your apple, raisins, some cinnamon, and enjoy with some caffeine. 😉
You know your breakfast sandwich is loaded when it comes with TWO sunny side eggs. Had a much needed R&R and a non macro counting weekend in Vermont.... and hung with some real cool alpaca friends. Now gotta get back in the grind of food prepping and lifting some heavy asssss weights before Halloween candy slowly creeps into my life.
A waffle a day keeps my chocolate cravings away??? ONLY when they're @kodiakcakes dark chocolate waffles. So easy to just pop in the toaster and throw whatever toppings on. Plus the macros are great - especially as a preworkout meal.
Don't ever doubt me when I say orange veggies are my fav. Got my acorn squash, butternut squash and sweet potatoes...all I'm missing is some roasted carrots. Drizzled a little bit of maple syrup before roasting my veggies and it made all the difference...the perfect Autumn bowlll.

Sorry oats, but ima be adding eggs back into my mornings. Last night I adjusted my macros so I can incorporate more fats into my diet (which means taking away some carbs, but I'm OK with that).
