Breakfast tip for FAT loss. Your body produces the most insulin during your first meal. Carbs spikes insulin the most and least from fats. Save your carbs for your later meals to avoid spiking insulin. High insulin levels will turn off any possibility of burning any stored fat between meals. The carbs you eat in your later meal will get stored as glycogen in your muscles and liver which will give you energy for the next day. Overeating carbs your first meal will cause you to store fat.

Those of us on a western diet are Omega 3 deficient unless you eat fish every day.  Omega 3 is an Essential nutrient we need from outside sources. Not all Omega 3 supplements are created equal. Look for ones that actually show how much EPA & DHA in big doses with only fish as their ingredient. The other fatty acids like ALA does almost nothing for you and mostly come from plants. Go ahead and check those cheap brands you see at your local store or Costco and you will see they advertise a high Omega 3 amount but when you add up the EPA & DHA it is much less.
