Ingredients
•2 Brooklyn Bred Bistro Bus
•1 small ripe avocado
•2 tablespoons butter, divided
•2 large eggs
•Cracked black pepper, to taste
•Sea salt, to taste
•1 cup watercress

Directions
1.In medium skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat. Place 2 Bistro Buns, cut-side down in skillet. Cook for about 2 minutes or until Bistro Buns are toasted on one side. Repeat with other Bistro Bun.
2.Cut avocado lengthwise in half, remove skin and cut avocado into thin slices.
3.Heat remaining tablespoon of butter in skillet over medium heat. Crack eggs into skillet, one at a time. Cook eggs 2-3 minutes, turning once. 
4.To assemble: Add half of sliced avocados to the bottom of each Bistro Bun layer egg, salt, paper and watercress. Add top Bistro Bun and enjoy.

Ingredients:
1 Brooklyn Bred Pizza Crust
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
4 oz cream cheese, softened 
1/4 cup chopped scallions
2 tbsp fresh chopped dill
1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
4 oz sliced smoked salmon
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1 tablespoon capers
Fresh chopped dill for garnish
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 425 F°. Brush olive oil over Brooklyn Bred Pizza Crust; bake crust for 3-5 minutes or until it reaches the desired crispiness. 
While crust is crisping, mix cream cheese, scallions and dill in medium bowl. Spread mixture evenly over crisped pizza crust.
Cut crust lengthwise in half then crosswise to make 8 pieces. Top each piece with cucumber slices, smoked salmon, onions and capers. Garnish with chopped dill and serve.
