Pumpkin Cheesecake Pizza
•1 Brooklyn Bred Pizza Crust
•1 tablespoon butter, melted
•2 teaspoons granulated sugar
•1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
•4 oz. cream cheese, softened
•1/3 cup canned pumpkin puree
•1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
•3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
•1/2 cup pecans, coarsely chopped, toasted
•2 tablespoons caramel sauce, warmed
1.Preheat oven to 425°F.
2.Combine butter, sugar and cinnamon; mix well. Brush mixture on Brooklyn Bred Pizza Crust. Bake 5 minutes or until crust is lightly browned and crispy.
3.In the meanwhile; combine cream cheese, pumpkin, brown sugar and pumpkin spice to mix well.
4.Spread pumpkin cream cheese mixture on pizza crust and sprinkle with toasted pecans. Drizzle with caramel sauce and serve!
