How does it work? 
Every morning right after you wake up you name 3 things that you're grateful for, even if it's only tiny little things and write down an affirmation for the day (brain priming). The key is to not simply write down random things, but to actually FEEL grateful for them. This practice will set the tone of your day and shift your focus on the positive things. 
Every evening you reflect on your day and write down the great things that happened. This way you're training your brain "backwards", which has really helped me to remind myself of the amazing little moments that I would normally totally forget. 💫 What are you grateful for today? 💫

Therefore I'm trying to get back into a little Meditation routine 🤦🏼‍♀️ I really like the app Headspace, because the meditations are guided and only take 10 minutes (you have the option to do longer ones). It's so hard for me to stop the flow of thoughts, so I find the little images and tricks really helpful to keep me focused. Because when you simply tell yourself "stop thinking", we all know what happens. We will start to think about not thinking. It's like "don't think of a pink elephant" 💭
