How does it work?
Every morning right after you wake up you name 3 things that you're grateful for, even if it's only tiny little things and write down an affirmation for the day (brain priming). The key is to not simply write down random things, but to actually FEEL grateful for them. This practice will set the tone of your day and shift your focus on the positive things.
