Mumbai madness. I was so worried about wearing something appropriate, yet airy and still cool. Obsessed about it for weeks, but in the end you sweat like hell anyway ๐Ÿ˜…. Photoshopped that out ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป

Unfortunately #metoo. The question that stuck with me most these past days is why didn't these women speak up sooner? The fact they didn't doesn't make these men any less guilty. There is shame about what happened, there is the fear of not being believed. But most of all, at least for me, there is the misconception of this being normal behavior. "He's like that with everyone & Boys will be boys". These experiences have always been trivialized. I'm glad we finally found the balls to call it what it is: sexual harassment. It is my hope that this renewed focus on this topic will give, particularly my thirteen year old sister and her peers, the courage to stand up for herself when she's faced with a similar situation. It is also my hope that out of all the men following me some will start speaking up too, calling out harassment when they see it.
