A little #tbt and a little vulnerability here 😬

The start of my journey back in May 2017 to this past Saturday prior to starting my 80 day journey to a better me.  This change is not just physical...it’s mental, emotional, and spiritual. It’s about improving every aspect of myself in a total body transformation. 
The holidays derailed me like many people.  Lots of AMAZING cookies 🍪 and pie 🥧 with a way too INCONSISTENT schedule.  Some pounds came back and so did a little self doubt 😓. These next 76 days are DIALED IN and everything is PLANNED OUT FOR ME.  I don’t have to guess what I should be eating...I’ve been told by nutritionists and my super trainer...hey!  Eat this fruit of your choice with a protein of your choice about 2-3 hours after your post workout meal...COULD IT GET MUCH MORE LAID OUT?! 🤔

Think about it...when will you start YOUR 80 day transformation?  My next group of ladies starts February 5th...are YOU READY? 👍

Bringing back all the feels of 4 hour gymnastics practices #retiredgymnast #collegegymnast #clubgymnastics try it using a resistance band of your choice and sliders, be in a low plank and move legs in and out 10 times... at the end of #cardiocore from #alittleobsessed

It’s what we do and learn from those mistakes and how we come back that builds our character. #itsokaytomakemistakes

This stuck a chord with me last night as I was settling in.  Think about it...what if I gave up every time there was a bump in the road?  What if I stopped pushing for my health and fitness goals every time I ate a cookie or fell of the proverbial wagon?

I would not grow...I would not change...I would stay stagnant...which is what I WAS DOING FOR MOST OF MY ADULT LIFE 😱😱🤯 It was not until I was presented with this opportunity to grow and be around those who think positively and encourage each other that I truly began to see the “light” of what my life could actually be like. -less mood swings
-more positivie thinking 🤔 -better able to cope with situations
-able to see the silver lining and the bright side
-consistency
