Finishing off today's workout with some banded work inpsired by @racheljdillon and @hattieboydle 's youtube video. They taught me that slow and controlled movements are sometimes better for muscle engagement. Remove the "swinging momentum" from the glute kickbacks for example.
Video is 2x sped up . Added an extra resistance band on my thighs.
Woke up today and felt horrible. Sometimes you need to listen to your body when it's begging for a break and needs to recover.
Today I took it easy at home; did some banded workouts & stretches. Now finishing up with some tea, aromatherapy and a good read. I've heard lavender oil helps with stress and anxiety and now it has become my favorite scent.

With trial and error I was able to adhere to lifestyle habits that worked for ME. Now I'm not saying that my way is the BEST (or right way) I am never satisifed but I am proud of what I have accomplished so far. Feel free to message me if you have any questions!
