I strongly believe that hard work pays off in the end. I feel like the luckiest person alive being able to live my dream every day. Being in the kitchen next to my boss, whom I look up to very much, is such an amazing feeling. No matter how stressful being in the kitchen can be sometimes or the endless mistakes I've made I'll always learn from them and become a better chef than I was the day before. My job is one of the biggest parts of who I am. I will never give up to work my way up from the bottom in this industry. The best thing about doing what I do is that the challenges never end and I'm always on my toes. I thrive on the chaos, it makes me feel so alive. #cheflife #sabioforever #nevergiveup #sabioordie
