I can't believe my little fox is 11 weeks old today! Landon is still driving me crazy yet I find myself waking him from naps for cudles when I feel like I 'miss' him. I look forward to losing the weight I gained while I was pregnant. I'm wanting to shed all that I gained plus more in able to teach my child a healthier lifestlye as he grows. The last thing I want is Landon spending his childhood and teenage years overweight as I had. I strongly believe a key to a healthy lifestyle for a child is the guidance given by their parents.
My partner and I went out for a 'cheat' meal tonight. I ordered a Chicken sandwhich and a ceasar salad. I had all intention to eat my sandwhich as I normally would but I found myself picking everything off the bread. At the end of the meal, I ate the inside but left the bread alone. I was even more surprised thst my partner ended up taking one bite out of his burger before removing the bun. I guess the keto lifestyle has gotten to us! Neither one of us felt like we even WANTED the bread and although we both dislike avacado we both ordered one with our meals.
