When new gym wear makes you feel like you can take on the world 🌍💪🏼and oooh boy do I need that feeling this morning, having been up since 5 to travel down to London 😴 One of the best parts of my day job is that I get to travel and meet clients, although it can be ridiculously exhausting, with not much sleep. Thankfully today I only I have a few meetings so I should be able to swing by Planet Organic before I head home 😊 Have a lovely Tuesday! 💚
Throwing it back to the most amazing meal at Albert's Shed Manchester on Saturday 😍 My go to meal when out for dinner is almost always Seabass, as I never make it at home, it's healthy, and it tastes so flipping good! With it I had dauphinoise potatoes (literally so delicious) and garlicy green beans 💚 I hope you have all had a lovely Monday, this week is super busy for me as I am off to London tomorrow with work... At 6am 😱 I will definitely be having an early night tonight... 😴
Sunday is for a snuggly Unicorn jumper, blankets and cups of tea 🦄 Not going to lie, I have a little bit of a sore head this morning after several glasses of Prosecco and Cocktails last night! There is nothing wrong with letting your hair down every now and then, and I absolutely don't feel guilty and think I have to work doubly hard in the gym today to work off those calories. After years of thinking 'I'll work that drink/dinner/treat off in the gym', I know now that diet doesn't work like that, and the best way to maintain yourself is to be balanced with food and exercise. So if you had some drinks last night, (and have a little bit of a sore head like me) drink plenty of water, eat a good breakfast and you will be right as rain again 😊 💚
Saturday = leg day 💚 It's a little glummy over here in the UK today (seriously Spring can you come now?!) So I'm going to head to the gym and smash out a leg day! Last week I managed a PB of 80kg on a leg press for 10... So who knows I might beat that today 💪🏼 Post gym, I have a brunch date with my friend Lotty, before a 30th birthday meal in Manchester later 😊 Happy Saturday everyone!

When its January and the treadmills are all taken 🙈 My lil Thursday workout was full body and a streeeeetch. I used to be the laziest stretcher, and by laziest, I mean I simply didn't do it 🙈 After far too many muscles aches I now make sure I take the time to get that stretch in, and my body is so much happier and less hobbily!! So at the end of every workout make sure you get that stretch in... Your body will thank you for it! 💚

Happy Thursday everyone (I seriously had to check what day it even was) 🙈 Has anyone else completely lost track of the days?! It is that weird time in between Christmas and New Year when there is nothing on the schedule apart from family, friends, food and the occasionally work out 💪🏼 I've kept to my standard work out days this Christmas break, and it has been so good to not have to rush around to fit everything in. You know its Christmas when there is no one in the gym 😂 Even though it is the festive season, I keep up my daily sessions because I flipping well love it! Going to the gym is one of my favourite things, it makes me super happy so why would I stop going just because its Christmas? Never stop doing what you love, even when people look at you as if you are mental for going to the gym at Christmas... You be you 😊💚

Wednesday = arms day 💪🏼 My training at the minute is so inconsistent, with holidays, work and Christmas on the way I have really struggled to squeeze in gym sessions. Yesterday was my first cardio hit in weeks and it honestly felt so good to just sweat it out 💧💧💧I never stick to set days to work out certain muscles groups, I like to mix it up and decide when I step into the gym what I am going to do that day. How do you like to train? Do you stick to certain days for muscle groups, or so you decide what you fancy on the day? 💚
