1 cup of mixed berries 🍇
1 teaspoon of Chia Seeds
A third of a teaspoon of organic cacao powder 🍫
8 Juice plus capsules ❤💚💜 Its always good to have good nutrition. Especially in the mornings because what we eat first thing is what is going to fuel us for the day, so make sure you get in some healthy organic foods for your mornings!
I sometimes also mix this recipe with some spinach or avacado and you dont even taste it! It's the best!
I don't add spinach that often as i have hemachomotosis (high iron deficiency in the body) so i am very cautious of how much iron goes into my body but it's always great to add some greens in your smoothies. 😉

That is something I have found as I am continuing on this Minimalism journey, The things I have, they hold value and they bring me joy every day, they may be small and I have way less things now then I did at the start of this year but I love having less things because it reminds me to appreciate the little things, in my home and in my life.
