Okra curry mix! 🍲
Recipe below 👇🏻🍀💯%Vegan✅
So I put together this dish since Okras are good source of Vitamins A,C,B6,magnesium, Calcium and Iron.✨
- soak 1 cup Okra in water for 30 mins; drain the water
- In a heated pan, drizzle some olive olive oil, fry 1 small diced onion
- add the Okras and stir for 3-4 mins - add to the pan 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tsp turmeric powder, some salt and pepper
- add 2 chopped carrots and stir for 4-5 mins; then add 1/2 cup chopped celery
- add to the mix, 1 tsp of curry powder (curry of your choice), 1/2 tsp mixed spice(all spice) and a pinch of clove powder
- finally add 1 cup of green peas and 1/3 cup mix of coriander and chives
- slowly add 2cups of water and stir until well mixed
- put the lid on and let it simmer for 20 mins on low heat (until the water is mostly absorbed)
⭐️this dish is perfect with some rice for non-restricted diets 🔻

Recipe📝⤵️: In an oven safe bag add👇🏻:
- 1 whole Nile fish fillet (about 500-600g) cut into 3 pieces
- 1 cup green peas - 1 small sized capsicum chopped (diced)
- 1 small onion decided in 4 pieces - 2 cloves garlic
- about 1/3 of a cup chopped chives and coriander 
For the tomato sauce🥫add in a pan:
- 4 tbsps olive oil (make sure of the quality since its being exposed to high heat)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes 
Mix for 2,3 mins
- add 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
- salt and pepper (add to your preference - you can add chili as well)
- some rosemary and oregano
- add 2 tbsps tomato paste 
Stir for 5 mins and add 1/2 cup water and simmer for another 5 mins
- add the sauce to the bag and seal with ovenproof seal (for obvious reasons💁🏻‍♀️) -put the bag in an oven dish - cook at 180•C for 40 mins

- pie crust recipe🔽:
-150g butter (cold but soft)
-250g flour (self raising)
-pinch of salt -4 tbsp icing sugar
-4 tbsp water
Mix the butter and dry ingredients with your hands -it’s important that you keep your hands cold. Start adding water and work the dough until well mixed. *refrigerate for 3 hours
- in a cake pan spread the dough, add the filling and design the top the way you like

-2 cups freshly chopped strawberries -1 tsp vanilla extract
-1/2tsp strawberry extract -4 tbsp sugar
-1/2 lime juice
-1 tsp corn starch

- a handful of peanuts & sunflower seeds 🔴SAUCE:
-3 tb spoon extra virgin olive oil
-1/2 t sp truffle oil(optional)
- 1 small lime - 2 tb spoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tb spoon apple cider vinegar - some salt and pepper - 1/3 t sp curry powder - 2 tb sp cool water

A #flatbread (Ingredients ♨️🔸:- 200g minced meat, 1 small tomato chopped, 1 small onion diced , 1 clove garlic (add more if you like), 1 tb sp tomato paste, some salt pepper and chili 🌶, 1/2 tb sp mustard) top it with some oregano and shredded mozzarella 🧀 on your fav bread! (I used a whole wheat bread and it tastes pretty good!)

This is the easiest recipe with less calories and sugar✨📝🔻:
-mix together in a bowl *135 g flour
*100 g sugar
*110g soft unsalted butter
*2 large eggs
*1 tea spoon baking soda
*a pinch of salt
*1 tea spoon vanilla extract
*1 to 2table spoon(s) of milk if needed (I added 2)
🥣filling🔷🔽:
Mix
*2 tb spoons dried apricots (chopped)
*3 tb spoons dried cranberries *3 tb spoons dark chocolate (or milk chocolate) chips
* 1 tea spoon nutmeg powder
*2 tea spoons cinnamon powder

After you put the cupcake papers in the tin, start filling each cup with 1 tb spoon of your batter and about 1-2 tea spoons of the filling mix in each, cover it with another tb spoon of the batter. ♨️Bake at 170•C or gas mark 3 for 17-20 mins or until golden on the outside.
