Trying to find me feet again with training. Not enjoying my favourite hobbie has been hard to comes to terms with. First half decent session in probably 3 weeks tonight So Hopefully be back on track this week and begin to plan the goals for 2018, Keeping positive.

Being honest is something I pride myself on, which I haven't been with myself. My body is stacking up on numerous on going injuries, My mind has been lost, My training has been Not good enough for my standard, My Instagram Content has been Throw backs and Non Value BS and I've a few others factors not helping any of the above.💔 .

I haven't taken a week off Gym or training in roughly 3/4 years. That's not to say oh " No days off " clique rubbish some people put up, It's simply a place I go to clear my head, I can't describe how much I love training ! But in the last 8 weeks I've probably had two good session and when my goal is to be and has always been to be and respected as one of the top athletes in the country it just sucks. .
So a week off training maybe more And try find myself again while not posting NON value content everyday and sorting these injuries and myself out.. 2018 ✍🏼🙌🏼 • #HealthFirst

A rising issue among lifters I see l, average being the young Males in the gym or even Instagram. I myself have been guilty in the past but the amount I see now is crazy. 
It seems to be all the rage posting quotes about " How hard you work" and in the gym pressing the 50kg dumbbells for 2 reps not nearly controlling the weight or hitting decent dept and calling it a god dam PR. 🚫 I also understand everyone's goals are different too, But understand unless your a power lifter you've gotta learn some basics and Scrap the " BigBoy weights" 🤦🏼‍♂️

The likes of body composition AKA losing fat or gaining muscle is more down to Training SMART. The pressure on young lads from social media to lift weight they are clearly not able for, but since Jimmy in his local gym is Ramped up on goods at only 20 and is pressing the 50s for reps that poor Charlie gonna up his game 😂 This is not the case !!🚫

In short let's lose the ego lifting, Let's control some lighter respectable weight and build some muscle man !! Stop comparing yourself to others in the gym and focus on yourself and moving and controlling weigh correctly, it's not a competition 🙋🏼‍♂️ Unless it's Me Vs @kylemullen_ in which case I always win 👀😈• #TrainSmart
