During this time of the year we understand that days and weeks can get hectic with all the festivities so we want to give you as much of an opportunity to stay training throughout this exciting time of year. ⠀

This year we are super excited that we are open Christmas Day and Boxing Day!!! ⠀
We are only closed 2days during the holiday season 1st and 2nd of Jan and we are still running morning and evening sessions throughout the 2 weeks. ⠀

Along with our regular programming there will be additional programming for members that traveling abroad.⠀

We look forward training with you all during this time of year!!

Well what can we say........
2017 has been our biggest year by far!! Thankyou to all our amazing VSC community, you guys have been so amazing and we are truly blessed to have such incredibly inspirational humans at CrossFit VSC. As much as we all love to train together we love to play too and last night was nothing short of a BEST performance by all. 
A million thankyous and we can’t wait to kickoff 2018 with such motivational athletes, friends and family. 💙our VSC FAMILY

When you work out and stay active on a regular basis, it's not just a coincidence that you feel less stressed out, less anxious, and generally happier.⠀

6 reasons why exercise makes you happy:⠀

1. It releases happy chemicals into your brain.⠀
Dopamine, a chemical that plays a role in happiness, is a neurotransmitter in the brain that’s necessary for feelings of pleasure and happiness.⠀
