Y'all I can't stop with the cesar salad. LOL...Made some sour cream chicken enchiladas tonight. I used the La Tortilla Factory tortillas 3 net carbs each. I stuffed those bad boys to the rim. Surprisingly I could only eat one. They were so good. Will definitely make again.

18 hour fast broken. Used leftover rib eye steak to make a yummy cesar salad. I also added in a little spinach & tomatoes for extra nutrients. So glad the steak was still super juicy & tender even though it was from last nights dinner.  #GetInMyBelly

Just wanted to keep it real with my keto tribe...The struggle is real. The past couple of months I've stopped fasting, added in things like Joseph's pitas, wraps, & keto sweets. One bad meal lead to another. I never gave up but I wasn't losing weight. I was gaining & losing the same 8 pounds over & over ... The keto breads & sweets are no bueno for me. So many Monday's have come & gone since I said I'll start next week at the gym. I did a lot of thinking this past weekend & decided that I needed to do what was working for me before so  back to fasting & no more keto breads or sweets cuz they fuck me up LOL... I also got my ass back in the gym this past weekend! It feels so good to be back in the gym. The weight is falling off even faster now.πŸ™Œ#NeverGiveUp #KetoTribe #YouGotThis

Why haven't I made my own barbacoa? It's not hard to make at all. What was I ever thinking? Also so much cheaper this way then buying it already made but most importantly this cut of meat is loaded with collagen. Cheeks may just be my new favorite cut of meat.
