LADIES! To anyone who have/are struggling with body image or maintaining a healthy mindset when it comes to exercise and food: it IS possible to get through it. Its hard and it feels impossible, but you are strong and you CAN. Food is NOT the enemy. Its fuel. I know how it feels like to be exhausted counting calories and forcing yourself to go the gym bc you ate food. I know how it is to feel like thats going to be the rest of your life. But it doesnt have to be, if you just stop and realize that it is possible to fight it. Be around people who support you and dont let anybody bring you down. Anybody that has fought an eating disorder is incredibly strong and should be proud. Working out and fueling your body should be FUN. Do you what you enjoy and be happy!🍎🍕🤸🏻♂️
