How many times have you found your limit? Often for a variety of reasons you quit well before you've hit your actual limit.  Your mind naturally sets an acceptable limit for you in everything you do, but you need to push through this to see what the body is truly capable of! In the fitness world coaches and trainers really help to push you past your perceived limits, they can concentrate on the physical capabilities without the mental self doubt restrictions, this I believe, is one of the main reasons why so many of us find a new level when being coached correctly! But your trainer won't always be there, you have to remove your own self doubt to truly find your limit!

I typically drink 5-6 litres on water per day every single day! The bottle you see can hold around 4...usually have around another litre in gym sessions and a pint of water first thing in the morning-as my body has been without water for 6-8 hours!

In terms of weeing, the first week or two are particularly tough and I'd advise not planning anything too far from a toilet, I've had to step out of a crazy amount of meetings! But after around 3-4 weeks your body gets used to it πŸ‘πŸ‘
