"December 15 2016 vs December 18 2017 ✨ Even though I didn’t get serious about losing weight until March 2016, I can not believe how far I’ve gotten! I’m so proud and in love with my beautiful, strong, healthy body that I’ve worked so freaking hard for (and look at those booty gains😜)... yeaaah I’ve been slacking the last couple months between my new job and life in general, so seeing this just kicks my ass into gear to go harder than ever in 2018 to reach all my goals!
And please don’t ask for the secret because the only response you’ll get from me is “you.” YOU are the secret to your own success and I promise that if I can do it, you can too! So get off your booty and do some crunches or go for a walk (even if it’s cold).. I’ve said from the beginning, it’s little things that make big changes!! 💘"

"From 7th grade on, I was always the heavier girl out of the bunch. I managed to maintain my weight of 170-180 throughout high school because I was a dancer and danced about 10 plus hours a week. But by the time I got to the beginning of junior year I started fucking up in school and my parents took dance away from me. And that's when the weight started going up and up. I had my first kid when I was 22 ,and we know how that changes a woman's body, and then more weight. By the time I got to my late 20's I was pushing 300lbs. After my last baby was born and the weight was getting harder and harder to lose, I finally made the decision to meet with the doctors and started the whole process. For me it took about 4 months. Although I don't think anything reallyprepares you for the mind fuck you go through. My hardest part in all of this has been making dinner for my family and sitting there watching them eat shit that I can't. It has got a lot easier. But definitely was the cause of some major depression in the first few months. I now hit the gym about 4-5 days a week. I work fucking hard to make sure I never do that to my body again. I am so thankful for the tool I was given."

"My approach was simple. Become obsessed and take extreme action. I decided to utilize Intermittent Fasting as my initial diet. I started off eating between 1PM-6PM. After 6 I didn’t eat any food (only drank water) until the next day at 1PM. Once I started to see massive results I got addicted to the process and it truly as been enjoyable ever since. IF (intermittenting fasting) worked best for me because I was a food addict, 6 small meals a day wasn’t strict enough. So I decided to go with IF because it forced me to stop eating so much."

"At almost a quarter century in age, I found myself at over a quarter of a ton (514 pounds). I found my dream job as a teacher, but I was the limiting factor for their success. That didn't sit well with me. A friend had reached out sharing about Optavia, and I decided to give it a chance. I had tried everything else, so I was skeptical. I lost 14 pounds in my first week, and now have lost 280 lbs in 16 months! I have the support I need and I'm learning healthy habits along the way that will make this journey sustainable for life!"

"After 23 years of being obese, I took control of my health by making small, healthy changes & staying consistent! I gave up soda & started meal prepping my food. I slowly added in workouts & found balance to turn my lifestyle around permanently. 5 years later, I'm down 80 lbs, have kept it off, am a huge crossfit lover, paleo-ish eater, & so much happier and full of life than I could've ever imagined!! We are all capable of such amazing things if only we TRY. 💪🏼"

"Hey my name is Kyle. I started my journey 2.5 years ago and have been able to drop 240 pounds following the ketogenic diet, tracking my macros, and working out everyday. Losing the weight has helped me with my anxiety and depression a great deal and I feel like I have done a complete 180 in my everyday life."

"I don't really know what to say here, except that this nutritional system SAVED my life. 💚 A life that until now, I didn't even realize I was losing.
Girl On The Left 🙍🏼
Exhausted
Unmotivated
Often Sick
Sometimes Sad
Low Confidence

And those of you that know me probably had no idea...I hid it well. And I got REALLY tired of hiding."

"90lbs DOWN SINCE MAY 2016!!!!!!!! (1 year and 6 months)
All black looks a little different now
.This isn't the first "weight loss journey" I've been on, it's technically the second. HOWEVER, this is important, because this time it wasn't really a weight loss journey for me as much as it was a LIFESTYLE CHANGE journey.
Back in high school I joined weight watchers for all of the wrong reasons. I lost about 40 pounds in 8 months and over the course of two years gained it all back plus an additional 30lbs.

This time, it was for me. It was because I didn't want to be winded after walking up my apartment stairs, I didn't want to just put anything that tasted good into my body. I didn't want to have to spend $60 on every bra or $50 for every pair of skinny jeans I owned because I needed a size 20 that didn't rip in the thighs or 38 DDD with extra back support. I didn't want to become an unhealthy, hypocrite, doctor talking to my patients about the importance of a healthy lifestyle that I didn't live myself. I didn't want to eat myself into an early grave.
YOU CAN BE “OVERWEIGHT” AND STILL BE HEALTHY!!! I REPEAT: YOU CAN BE CONSIDERED “OVERWEIGHT” AND STILL BE VERY HEALTHY!!! HOWEVER, my family has a history of high blood pressure, heart disease, and high cholesterol. At the time I started my journey, I was 21 years old 5ft 4 at 220lbs, pre diabetic, hypertensive, and I had back and joint problems from the excess weight. I felt physically horrible.
Now, at 23, my normal BP is 112/78. My sugar is completely normal, I weigh between 129-132lbs and I no longer have persistent back or knee problems (even my Acanthosis nigricans completely went away, and my pain symptoms from my PCOS is way more controlled). The process was also OVERALL very mentally and emotionally therapeutic for the maintenance of my mental health (had some small weird mental side effects that Im currently working on). It wasn't easy, and the journey to maintain my physical health, lifestyle, and weight will continue for the rest of my life. But it's 10,000 wort

"About six months ago I decided that I was going to make a lifestyle change, and let me show you just how much my life has changed! 💪🏽 I struggled with hypothyroidism and diabetes, and am blessed to now say I have no health issues thanks to my weight loss. I have completely changed how I eat, and have just recently started to get into a regular work out routine. I feel like a different person, and look like one too 💓"

"You can love yourself and at the same time not like what you see in the mirror. It’s OK to want to feel beautiful. But always remember that beauty comes in every shape and size and color and shines the brightest when it radiates from the inside out. I am not on a diet. I am on a journey to nourish my body with healthy foods as often as possible, move my body in ways that genuinely make me feel happy and to be comfortable in my own skin. Losing weight is just a happy side effect ♥️"

"At my heaviest I weighed in at 306 lbs. I was depressed, in pain and so unhappy I didn't want to leave me house. I slowly started to lose weight and then joined a popular weight loss program, that's when I learned about eating, balancing meals and portion control. In one year I lost over 90 pounds and have maintained that loss for a year. I track all my food on a daily basis and purchased my own treadmill, recumbent bike and weights so I would have them in my house so I never have an excuse notto workout. My life had truly changed for the better, no longer depressed or unhappy and I'm always looking for things to do because I love being seen now 😊 "

"I’ve struggle with my weight since I was 11 years old. So my weight & PCOS are the two reasons why I decided to change up my lifestyle. I have had polycystic ovarian syndrome since I was 13 years of age. Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a condition that affects a woman’s hormone levels. Women with PCOS produce higher-than-normal amounts of male hormones. This hormone imbalance causes them to skip menstrual periods and makes it harder for them to get pregnant. After losing the same 10lbs over and over for years I decided to try the keto diet February of this year. KETO is a low carb high fat diet. I did my research and it seemed to be the perfect fit for losing weight with PCOS. Some women with pcos will tell you that they suffer from some carb sensitivity, so knowing that my body doesn’t like carb and that carbohydrates and sugar trigger my insulin to spike uncontrollably I decided to just give up carbs."

"2011 I was diagnosed with a pituitary brain tumor. I gained over 100lbs in 3 months do to it. After I had brain surgery to remove it I lost 40-50 lbs off the bat. However, after 5 years of blaming my weight gain on my brain tumor I finally decided to do something about it ! It has been 8 months of clean eating, cardio, and being self determined and dedicated. There are days when it’s hard and you want to revert back to your old ways but then I remind myself.... I love what I see in the mirror...And I would not trade that for the world ! Never will I go back to the old me! It is a lifestyle change but if you put your mind to it and overcome all the things telling you that you can’t do it then you are golden. You owe it to yourself to be healthy and be the best you possible ! Don’t ever settle ! Work it out and be awesome !!! Do it for YOU ! I did and I love what I see in the mirror !!! Always a process always making more progress!!!! ❤"

"On March 14, 2017 is when I finally started to love myself enough to take on this journey. I started my journey at 425lbs I was in lots of pain just walking and developed huge anxiety and depression. After struggling with extreme binge eating and learning that I had Hashimoto’s (autoimmune disease) and PCOS I decided to put the excuses aside and never looked back. I joined s new gym and started taking classes 5 times a week and also followed some of Tone It Up recipes and workouts. My journeyhasn’t been easy but I don’t want easy. As months went by I started to get my confidence back and started adding more workouts. What helped me the most was eating balance meals that I prep twice a week and working out 6 times a week and being surrounded by supportive people at my gym. I’ve faced many obstacles and I’m just 13 days away from being 9 months on my journey and so far I’ve lost 115lbs. I’m no where near my goal weight but much happier on inside and outside. Here’s to crushing ourgoals and kicking those obstacles to the curb. Remember you are beautiful, you are capable, you are worth it and you got this!"
