The best start to a sunny Sunday - an aΓ§ai smoothie bowl with fresh ginger πŸ‘ŒπŸ½ so so good  Serves 1 πŸ’₯ 1 small piece of fresh ginger 
1-2 heaped tsp açai powder 
1/2 cup almond milk and 1/2 cup water 
1 banana (ideally frozen), not too overripe to keep low FODMAP
1 tsp cinnamon  Small handful of frozen blueberries (optional)
1/2 cup rolled oats.  Place everything into a NutriBullet or high speed blender. Blend and enjoy!

This tamari and ginger dressing is so simple to make but is such a yummy combo. No more boring veges! You could also use the dressing as a marinade for meat. I doubled the recipe as it keeps in the fridge for a few days πŸ’₯πŸ”Ή2 Tbsp tamari or soy sauce πŸ”Ή2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar (normal vinegar would also work) πŸ”Ή1 thumb of grated ginger πŸ”Ή2 Tbsp tahini (sesame seed paste) πŸ”Ή1 tsp sweetener e.g. maple syrup πŸ”Ή2 tsp sesame oil πŸ”Ή Water to thin
