Week 2 of #fvndatvnexp . Yoga is not nor has it ever been my focus. I've wanted to be more dedicated for a while and gratefully I was tagged by my sweet girl @azures.positive. I laughed when I first considered participating but then, why couldn't I? I realized it was my opportunity commit for at least a month, so I took it! Here is my modified "boat". I find this to be the hardest part of the challenge but Scarlets favorite cuddle Spot. Here is to kicking this core into gear!

After hundreds of miles and a full day of driving, many pitt stops and repeats of playlists we got to the havasu trailhead. Regardless I was surprised by how obtainable this seemingly unobtainable trip was. The hike in ... Well we busted that out in 3 hrs. All the waterfalls were close and almost vacant in august. Gorgeous!!
It was the planning that almost had me fooled. I was on the phone for 4 days before I was able to get our permits and there was only two options left to choose from! Then finding overnight sitters for the first time wasn't easy. So a big thanks to the collected flexibility of my family. 😘 here is to some well earned memories with friends. And my hive five to those planning their trip✋
Honestly ? I don't always want to exercise. Some days I'd rather put my Nike''s back on the shelf and shut the door.
Those are the days I specifically decide " its a exercise outside day". This is because I know being outside is contagious and it will change my down day to a rewarding day.

Im not a great morning person unless I'm camping, so today I was surprised by how much of the world was awake at 6 am! I saw some deer , ran into a fox, and hid from a lurking van all before the sun came over the mountains! 🏔

Why do you love to run? .
Lets be honest...running isn't everyones cup of tea. It might be your nemesis or for some their life blood. But one of the many reasons I enjoy running is it's something I can do anywhere I go. This eliminates excuses and makes it possible to see even more scenery from the places I visit. 📷Just filling my cup on a windy day.☀🍃☁
Its always safer to hit the trails with a friend.
I love hiking with my pal Michelle! We go fast, or slow.. depending on the day and laugh a whole lot. . makes for good mtn lion repellent👍
