"Want long term results and want to train hard day in and day out? Then you have to train safe and smart! When doing Lat Pulldown’s pull the bar straight down in front to your chest and keep your elbows under the bar. Whether you have proper mobility, especially a tight chest, shoulder, arm, or neck it is dangerous to pull the bar behind your head. Why? Because you will not have the proper anterior rotation (aka range of motion in your shoulder joint) to properly pull the bar down and you will risk pulling, tweaking, or having a serious injury. In addition you loss tension in the lats by pulling the bar behind you, so you aren’t getting the most out of the Lat pulldown. BYE BYE GAINZ from bad form and being injured 😟 ... So train right, train smart, train better and you’ll get a serious back attack."
