When doing Lat Pulldownโ€™s pull the bar straight down in front to your chest and keep your elbows under the bar.  Whether you have proper mobility, especially a tight chest, shoulder, arm, or neck it is dangerous to pull the bar behind your head. Why?  Because you will not have the proper anterior rotation (aka range of motion in your shoulder joint) to properly pull the bar down and you will risk pulling, tweaking, or having a serious injury.  In addition you loss tension in the lats by pulling the bar behind you, so you arenโ€™t getting the most out of the Lat pulldown.  BYE BYE GAINZ from bad form and being injured ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ ... So train right, train smart, train better and youโ€™ll get a serious back attack."
