Press the bar up along this path as the elbows extend, taking the same path back down to the starting position.

📝The EZ bar curl is a great exercise alternative compared to traditional barbell curls due to the comfort it provides to the wrist joint. Like the barbell curl, the EZ bar curl targets the biceps, as well as the other arm flexor muscles.

🆗I may be swinging the weight a little bit, but you can’t have strict/perfect form when curling heavy weight in front of you. To combat some of the swinging action I like to stand in front of a preacher curl bench, so my back/upperbody has support to curl the weight. You could also stand up against a wall and perform your curls.
