MADE BY ME // Apple pie oatmeal! 🍎 Made of 250 ml milk, 40-50 grams of oatmeal, 1 apple, 1 tablespoon raisins and a dash of cinnamon. πŸ”ŽOatmeal is a source of carbohydrates, proteins, fibers, B vitamines and minerals. Oatmeal is made from oats. Eating 30 to 60 grams of oat products a day lowers LDL cholesterol levels in blood. Morning!! THIS describes my life in one picture πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ Im going to bed early so that I will get my breakfast sooner AND when in bed I think of what to eat the next morning πŸ˜›. Who recognizes this??? BTW, I havent told you yet what my breakfast for this morning is (maybe u will understand it😏) IT IS oatmeal with banana and pure chocolate πŸ˜πŸ’MY FAVORITE BREAKFAST!! Okay Im going, I have to eat.... πŸ‘‹ Have a nice day!

We were in Utrecht yesterday to enjoy a delicious lunch and delicious (and very many!) tarts. It was a very successful day, and it is so nice to meet people with the same passion! The tasty food must continue of course, so I put 125 ml of low-fat yogurt, 2 tablespoons of muesli, half a mandarin and a half block of 90% dark chocolate in each of these jars. Do you want a jar like that? I bought it (in Utrecht yesterday☺️), but you can also use an old jar that contained, for example, jam or peanut butter! And another tip from me: you can also put in your muesli, nuts, seeds and more, which is a great way to store your food! 😺

Recipe (2-3 omelettes):
3/4 cup chickpea flour
1 tbsp flax meal
Half cup water
Half cup unsweetened plantbased milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric
Black pepper to taste. 
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and leave for 5-10 minutes to thicken. Fry your omelettes on a hot pan using a bit of oil. Thanks for the recipe lovely Magda!

I love the combination of apple and oats that makes me think of an apple pie 🍎🍰 I do not have the berry powder, so I will try it without. Gonna try the porridge for this morning, cuz Im little bit in a hurry, however I want to try the crumble soon too. Thanks for the inspiration. 🌟
Ingredients:
For the porridge:
1/2 cup oats
1 cup water
1/2 cup coconut milk/drink
3/4 red apple
Dash of cinnamon

For the crumble topping:
1/2 cup oats
2 tbsp buckwheat flour
Pinch of cinnamon
2 tbsp agave/honey

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180c.
2. Combine the oats and water together in a saucepan and bring to a medium low heat. Grate in the apple and stir everything together.
3. Cook until the oats begin to thicken, stirring continuously. Pour in the coconut milk and add a touch of cinnamon. Allow these to cook until the apple is softened and the oats are nice and thick.
4. Meanwhile, to make the crumble topping combine the oats, flour, cinnamon and agave/honey in a bowl and mix well until sticky.
5. Pour this onto a baking sheet and pop this into the oven for 10 minutes.
6. Once your porridge and crumble topping are ready, serve the oatmeal into a bowl and sprinkle liber- ally with the crumble. Add some blueberries and coconut flakes.

I am doubting a long time about keeping this account. I get so many lovely reactions from people I know or from people that I do not even know and I spent a lot of energy, time and effort in this account. It started as a hobby, however I have noticed that I have less time for it now and less fun in keeping it forward (and that is the most important thing ... 😰). I do not know how other (food) bloggers experience this, but I have a lot of pressure to get beautiful recipes and photos every time. It takes a lot of time and combining it with my school, sport and work is hard. And I want a social life tooπŸ˜…. BUTTT... I'm going to do it differently! Time for something NEW! 🌟

Some people dont like banana in there pancakes - to make it sweet - for those people I was looking for an alternative! 
Ingredients: 
40 gr oats 
40 gr ricotta 
50 ml milk
1 egg
1 tl sugar
0,5 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
Mix in a food processor. Heat a pan with oil/butter and bake on both sides. Next time I will look for altneratives for vegans. I’ve heard about a flax egg?? #interested πŸ™ˆ
