Some of the places I have seen and would recommend if you are in #kohsamui : ☑️Namuang Waterfall 
There are massive purple rocks at the waterfall and a natural pool sits just under it 😍
❌You can also feed elephants right near the waterfalls, but 🆘DO NOT ride them🆘Don’t support such a cruel practice😔All of the elephants have been poached from the wild, “broken” through abusive means to accept riders and live in horrible conditions as they are used for profit. They are suffering through the abusive and torturous crush😔beaten with clubs, pierced with sharp bull-hooks, and simultaneously starved and deprived of sleep for many days😡😔 One elephant needs around 250kg of food a day, which Mahouts can’t afford, without tourists the animals wouldn’t be able to survive. ☑️Ang Thong National Marine Park 
pristine archipelago of 42 islands in the Gulf of Thailand with towering limestone mountains, thick jungle, white-sand beaches, fertile mangroves, waterfalls, hidden coves and lakes😍
☑️Big Buddha Temple
12m high golden Buddha is the most popular landmark in Koh Samui, it was really crowded when I went there, supposedly it’s even a better view at sunset 🌅 There is also a small market, where you can shop for souvenirs 😊 BTW make sure you wear something that covers your arms and ankles 🙄 I had to go change 😂🙊 Receiving a blessing by the monk is also worth doing, but women can’t touch or speak to the monks🙃 Some Temples even don’t allow women to enter. ☑️Hin Ta and Hin Yai Rocks (the Grandpa and Grandma rocks)
Nature imitating art , supposedly it looks like male and female genitals, not so much I say 😅 ☑️Mummified Monk 
Luang Pordaeng died over 20 years ago and asked for his body to be placed in a specially designed glass case, it has been there ever since and has showed few signs of decay💀

Not loosing any gainz on holidays 🤗 Still training 4-5 times a week, not counting calories, but making smart food choices, most of the time😅 watching my protein intake for the day tho, got my protein powder with me too so I’m sweeeet💪🏽🤗/ Хоть и на отдыхе это не повод жрать как 🐽 и перечеркнуть все над чем так упорно трудился 💦💪🏽 калории не считаю, треню 4-5 раз в неделю, единственное , слежу чтобы белка было достаточно , не хочется растерять мяско😅💪🏽протеин привезла тоже с собой на всякий , если не доедаю едой 😋

Everyone loves #transformation pics😅💪🏽 It's hard sometimes to track the progress just by looking in the mirror, so taking photos is a great way to see your changes and get motivated even more 🔥💪🏽
Left was taken in 2016, I was overtraining, doing way too much cardio, often twice a day 🤦🏼‍♀️🙅🏼‍♂️I was so certain that the more - the better 🤓eating around 1500 cals a day 😐 was stressing about every extra almond 😂😩 carbs only during the day, not for dinner 😂 and much more "bro science" that most PTs and google tell you 😂  Well basically didn't know shit about nutrition and training, like most "experts" that sell their training plans online 😂🙅🏼‍♂️
The right photo is 2017, I started training with @cleanleanmachines and she put me on 2000+ cals, man that was hard😂 I wasn't used to 200g beef and rice for breakfast😂😩 With minimal cardio , more weights and rest, I finally started putting on some muscles 💪🏽💦 I'm now happier and stronger than ever 😊and excited to push my body to the limits and be the best version of myself 😍💪🏽 Also I soon will be a qualified trainer myself, so there can be more healthy and fit people in this world 😎😜
