Well I think in honour of National Mental Health day I think it's finally time for another transformation Tuesday 🌸
It's been over 3 years since this whole thing fitness and wellbeing mission started for me, and although sometimes I forget how far I've come, it's unbelievably important to look back and remember.
The first girl was on the cusp of going to uni, terrified of being the "fat girl" in another chapter of her life. The second is in her final year, but still feels like the "fat" girl from time to time. I've come to realise over time that even though I thought losing the weight would be the answer to so many problems, it wasn't. Because underneath it all the person you are stays the same. I spend so many days battling anxiety, having mild panic attacks and feeling overwhelmed with every day life. And that is okay - it's COMPLETELY normal. It's what you do about it that will define you.
So today, take some time out, remind yourself of all of the things you should be proud of yourself for, all you should be grateful for, and everything you can look forward to. Feel everything you need to feel, let your emotions manifest - just don't let them takeover. You are strong, wonderful and are going to be okay 🌸

In honesty I'm not having a very Instagram day - no yoga, brunching or meal prepping (yet!). I'm spending the day horrendously hungover after 3 hours sleep, a lot of boogeying and a whole lot of wine 💃🏻 final year stress of uni is unbelievable, and honestly it's incredibly overwhelming so taking time out to have fun with my friends is really important 🏆

Another v v quick and messy meal but hey ho that's student life 🤸♀️🤸♀️🤸♀️ I'll be honest the last week has also been a bit of a write off for me, too much partying and drinking and not a whole lot of self care 🙃
But I've told myself (rather firmly) that come Monday we are back on track for good so I'm kicking off with a hangover breakfast of a leafy green salad and boiled eggs with my fave @madeleine_shaw_ tahini dressing. Took me all of 10 mins to throw together even though I'm moving at snails pace this morning 🐌

Definitely not the prettiest meal I've posted but this was AMAZING.
Finished my workout this morning and came home to my mum making her incredible ratatouille so I sneaked a few spoonfuls, added some spinach and beetroot and poached a few eggs to go on top ✨

Spent yesterday relaxing in the sun with friends, eating amazing food and exploring a local country park - what could be better?! I often feel like young people have an immense amount of pressure to live in a certain way - drinking, partying etc. Whilst I love having fun with my friends and crazy nights out, it's nice to sometimes just take a break and have some sober fun. I get quite anxious about this weird fomo feeling but I'm trying really hard to work on it, especially with uni coming back around. But days like this make me feel much more relaxed - still saw my friends, they drank (I had tea) and we laughed and had a really great day.

It's been an incredible two days in Amsterdam already, full of shopping, wondering canals and lots and lots of food 💃🏻 We ended today with dinner at a local fave @foufowramen and it definitely did not disappoint - miso ramen with egg and kelp for me and a tan men spicy ramen with pork for bae 🍜
