Cayenne is the #1 herb of all time. It has so many medicinal properties and uses, no one should be without it. Cayenne is taken to help regulate blood pressure, stop internal and external bleeding, as an aid in circulatory problems, helps eliminate stomach ulcers and, some have even reported cayenne as being a mood elevator. It can help with hypothermia and has been reported to help reduce appetite.
Instructions: As with all cayenne, start out slow — 3-4 drops in a little water. Work your way up to 10 drops, then up to 20 drops, taken 3 times per day.
