I never use a scale - it's only a number - how you feel is what you should be conscious of , so don't get hung up on a number and Don't compare your number to mine or anyone else's. I can tell I gained a few when my pants get snug (which is where is gain my weight first) then I know I need to dial it back. The past 2 years my weight started to creep up a pound or so and I just didn't feel good. I had 6 pounds I couldn't get off, for me that's a lot . I was still exercising, eating clean with my usual cheat foods pizza 🍕bagels🍞 pasta 🍝etc . But I didn't feel good , my body was changing so I needed to change what I was doing~I had to reset my body. I did a 3 week detox and learned so much about my body and how I was digesting certain foods and the foods I needed to avoid or at least eat less of.
After the 3 weeks I felt great !! Proud of myself that I stuck to it - I kept my eye on the prize - feeling good ! I have kept the weight off because I work at it and my health is a priority. Being mindful of your food choices is necessary to avoid excess weight gain and health issues. If you want to take control of your health and fitness before it's a serious issue - I would love to help you . I can't take credit for this yummy lunch - got a quick workout in between clients and had lunch in the cafe . Grilled chicken , veggies , couscous with veggie kale burger . Delish - that will hold me until dinner - I need my strength for my afternoon clients - oh and @lavazzausa coffee ☕️
I need to hire a videographer 🎬it's harder to record and edit these videos than it is to workout . 🏋🏻♀️ Definitely not my forte' ... but I do love inspiring others to be their best . 💁🏻I'm working on my core and glutes today - mixing it up a bit with THE HELM on the bosu- it's all about variety so your muscles💪🏼 are always challenged .
