After being very relaxed with my diet, and just being plain hungry all the time, I hit an alltime weight high of 107.2kg last week 😳😳
Now more under control but going to have to be real good to drop weight healthily and still increase my henchness πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

This child is awesome πŸ‘πŸΌ everything she takes on, she works so hard and gets her rewards very quickly - both physically as a stronger person, and in this case a real award. 
Nearly everyone is bigger or 'stronger' but her will to fight on and not give up is amazing. 
Arissa is really coming along in tennis, swimming and now Judo, and always the feedback is her work rate and tenacity is fantastic.

This child is awesome πŸ‘πŸΌ everything she takes on, she works so hard and gets her rewards very quickly - both physically as a stronger person, and in this case a real award. Nearly everyone is bigger or 'stronger' but her will to fight on and not give up is amazing. Arissa is really coming along in tennis, swimming and now Judo, and always the feedback is her work rate and tenacity is fantastic.
