I am loving these bowls so much right now ! They require almost no effort  to make and can be whipped up in less than 10 minutes! Perfect way to fit in healthy meals with a busy schedule! .

Recipe: 
2 frozen bananas + 1/2 cup vanilla soy milk + a handful of strawberries all blended together! Topped with my favourite @naturespathorganic granola, raw cashews, raspberries, strawberries and flowers. Yum! 🌺

A double workout this morning calls for double the snacks! These baby smoothie cups were perfect! 🌸🌱 Recipie: 
Layer 1: 1/2 frozen banana+frozen blueberries + 1 scoop @genuinehealth fermented vegan protein powder and a little water to blend.
Layer 2: Chia seed pudding made with chia seeds and vanilla almond milk 
Layer 3: 1/2 scoop blue majik + 1/2 banana + just enough coconut milk to blend and 1/2 tsp maple syrup

Sweet potato noodles w/ creamy cashew dressing and sautéed kale. This one took a little trial and error to get it right but SO worth the wait🍴🌱

Recipie adapted from @minamilistbaker : 
Base: sweet potato noodles created using @paderno_usa 4 blade spiralizer and then cooked in 1sp olive oil 
Sauce: 60 grams raw cashews ( soak in boiling water for 1 hour so they soften enough to blend!) blended with 1 full head of roasted garlic + 1 tsp olive oil + 3 tbsp nutritional yeast + 3/4 cup almond milk + 1 tsp lemon juice+ salt and 1 tsp arrowroot starch to thicken ! 
Toppings : Kale sautΓ©ed in 1 tsp olive oil + salt

It's Monday ! πŸ’ͺ🏼Time to reset and get on track for an amazing week ! Sometimes it can be a real challenge to fit in the time to workout and it's easy to feel defeated and frustrated. But EVERY step in the direction of your goals counts for something! Even if it's just 20 minutes of movement in your day! I fit in a few planks and lunges this morning and ended the day spinning it out at @spincotoronto πŸ–€πŸš΄

Tofu : extra firm tofu tossed with paprika, sea salt, and curry powder, then fried in 1 tsp olive oil for 7 min and then baked in the oven for 15 min! ( ridiculously good!) Dressing : 2 tsp olive oil + 1 tsp maple syrup and 1 tbsp tahini paste + a dash of lemon juice 🍴
