Dinner was brussel sprouts cooked in butter, chicken breast that I picked up from Aldi that was marinated in a southwestern seasoning and loaded baked cauliflower. That loaded cauliflower is the bomb and will be added to our rotation of meals.
I'm jumping back into this WOE today. Way too many carbs were consumed over the last week. I'm okay with that though because I had more pressing matters to deal with. I'll be drinking lots of water with lots of salt to hopefully avoid the keto flu 😩
