Day 19: Rough. I chose to drink last night, and I'm feeling it today. Even if I otherwise try to stay low-carb and only drink whiskey neat and intersperse it with lots of water, I just feel absolutely miserable the next day. Usually I experience two really low-energy days before I get back to feeling good. :( However, I can't seem to stop having these "cheat" days anywhere from once every two weeks to twice every week. Argh! #ketopadchallenge

QUESTION!! What day do you do an official weigh-in?? Why? I have doing Monday forever to try to keep myself accountable over the weekend, but I'm thinking of switching to Friday to more accurately reflect my weight loss trends.
