Tuesday night is yoga night!
Went to my usual Tuesday night yoga class. Walked there in sleet. Exercised to thunder and lightening and came out to snow! 
Came home and got straight on my yoga mat to do day 15 of TRUE. I can't believe we're half way through! I wish there was a 365 day yoga programme!!! Tonight TRUE was called BELIEVE and it invited us to believe in our own ability, thoughts and feelings and to trust ourselves. Great strength and balance stretches tonight. Loved it!

Today was also the first day I kept my fitness tracker on all day so I got my first "trophy" for 10,000 steps!!! Go me!!! .
