Hey babes, ever use your leftovers for breakfast? 🍳🍝 I used leftover meatballs for scrambled eggs and it was way yummier than I even anticipated. 👌🏼 Scrambled 2 eggs with two cut up meatballs, a bit of mozz, and a smidge of the sauce that had some diced up 🍅. Added a smidge of mozz on top at the end. To die for. 😋 #getcreativeinthekitchen
Feeling especially grateful for my life and my health 🎀 On the right I was in college, very unhappy and depressed. On the left, I was at high tea at the Plaza for my friends birthday on Sunday. I️ still struggle a lot with self confidence but when I look at comparison pictures like this I have to remind myself where I️ started and how far I’ve come, both emotionally and physically. #weightlosswednesday
Met some friends in the city for brunch after my run this morning. Got me some kale & eggs which were delicious and topped of with a melon bellini as a treat. Just puréed melon and sparkling wine. @lovefloradora and I did some shopping in soho, stopped in laduree, and took a trip to Bryant park to check out the holiday shops and ice rink. I’ve already clocked in over 20,000 steps and counting. 😉 I love the city during the holidays!
