DIY scalp scrub
Mix 3 tbsp of sugar with 2 tbsp of coconut oil. Add a few drops of tea tree oil, jasmine oil or lavender oil to the mixture. Mix the ingredients well & gently massage onto scalp in circular motions. Let it remain for 15 mins then rinse off with mild shampoo & conditioner.

Swish 1-2 tsp of coconut oil in your mouth every morning & leave it for 20 minutes.
