And so many others! 🙌 Thank you all so much for all that you do. Every day. For spreading awareness, love, inspiration, unity. It's not an easy thing to see the light in the darkness. But to still be able to endure AND light the way for others... whether they are just awakening to it or need the reminders (no matter how often! -- and we do!), just THANK YOU. Thank you.
Thank you for your truth.
Thank you for your incredible, passionate energy.
Thank you for continually being the light and showing what is possible here in the world.
Thank you for the love 🙏
Thank you all for letting us know that we are not alone.
We are all in this together.
Happy Friday everyone 🕯
And a happy birthday to my friend. You know who you are. I love you 💚👊🎂

@Regrann from @respectanimalrights - I actually don't know what happened to my account, suddenly I had to enter my mobile number and wait for a security code. I defently have NOT deleted my account, the strange thing is I thought about going through my posts and delete some old ones because there was so many. Anyone else been through the same? /Kimberly
This photo is from @discoverywhalewatch blame @instagram for this I don't know how or why this happened. Very strange
@Regrann from @chinga0 - @Regrann from @el_angelitovr - @Regrann from @vegan.femme.again - STILL HUNGRY FOR THAT PORK CHOP? BACON, ANYONE? YOUR FOOD WAS TORTURED AND MURDERED. YOUR FOOD WAS A SENTIENT BEING, WHO HAD A MOTHER, A FATHER, SIBLINGS.👉🏼 follow @el_angelitovr - #regrann
@Regrann from @brokenshovels - George (the big boy), gives in to Forrest's grooming. ❤️ Forrest has been the most challenging rescue we've worked with as he has some neurological issues and is still battling pneumonia. Forrest might be a special needs baby but he deserves everything we can do to ensure he will have a fulfilled and healthy life.
#truck#animaltruck#slaughterhouse#lastride#imsorry @Regrann from @chinga0 - @Regrann from @bearwitnessaustralia - Seeing the trucks is never ever, easy or fun. But, it's important for society to see this side of the animals inside of them. Forced into trucks for hours, and driven to slaughter for human consumption.
Free range, organic or hormone free are all sent to the same slaughterhouses and subjected to the same treatment.
In Melbourne, we send numerous trucks up and down through the CBD and over the Swan Street bridge. And every day, Melbourne citizens see these trucks, are behind or next to them. You can smell the trucks before they even get to the bridge, and while taking this photo, I had a tourist stand beside me and start taking photos, walk off and smile.
There is nothing nice about seeing these trucks, but to warrant a smile is one of the strangest things I'd seen that day.
I won't forget these two cows and I hope that woman doesn't either. The way they bumped heads, looking at each other as the breaks screeched up the bridge. Scared, horrified and seeking the only comfort they will receive in their final hours.
