What better way to start a windy and rainy Thursday than with a chest and shoulders workout and a big bowl of overnight oats with all the toppings? I used 70g of @quakeroatsuk, 2 scoops of @myproteinuk Chocolate Brownie Impact Whey, @alpro unsweetened almond milk and chucked on berries, almonds, a creme egg twisted from my advent calendar and digestives - that should keep me going for a while 🏋️💪👌
