There is no WiFi in the forest but I promise we found a better connection. From making s’mores, family dinner, puzzles, games, a snow fight to our obligatory super power pose!!! Loved that we took a trip into the woods for the weekend! Even though I thought we were staying in a ⛺️ the Hut was a nice surprise!
Until our next adventure 💁🏽💁🏼💁🏼💁🏼💁🏻💁🏻
It’s been a long week but feeling thankful & grateful! ✨🙏🏽 I’m grateful specifically for time spent with family. Yesterday was the first time my family and Jason’s family sat down for family dinner 🦃🍽 and seeing some amazing Christmas lights on the A1A beach drive home last night. 🌲🎅🏽 What are some of your highlights from yesterday?
There was a time when this week would come and go and I was unable to appreciate Thanksgiving. Working retail brought mixed emotions and memories (several memories I am very grateful for) and now I am thankful that I am able to enjoy meal prep on Wednesday night and spend time with family and friends AND be completely PRESENT!
Take a minute and self-reflect on the things you are most Thankful for... Share the best thing that has happened to you today?
Stop your scroll ✋🏽 You need to remember this; life is filled with twist and turns, loss and gains, ups and downs but you got this!
I'm reminded of all of this as I try to give each part of my life a 100% (work, friendships, my fiancé, self-care etc). When I reflect back on how far I’ve come and home much I’ve grown, I’m reminded how my dreams have become reality. One of the happiest moments in life is when you find the courage to let go of wanting to make a life that is easy and focus on making a life that is worth the sweat and tears.
As you wrap up this Wednesday, remember that life is tough but so are you. #Yougotthis __ Tag someone below to encourage them! The world needs more community, more positivity, and more reminders that we've all got this and we're in it together! Make someone’s day ✨
You are in control of what’s next and you control the situation you are living today. Yes, you! Re-reading chapters in business, healthy lifestyle, and relationships are easy to repeat (or re-read) because it’s predictable. You lived it. You know what to expect 🤔
Doing something new becomes challenging because:
01| You Fear the Unknown
02| You Doubt Yourself
03| You Wrestle with Making Decisions
DOUBLE TAP if you agree and share your answers below to the following question… “What is the ONE thing that keeps you from writing your new chapter (life, business, relationships, healthy lifestyle)?”
Do YOU desire having a career that aligns with your purpose? If you said yes, then I am sure the next question you have is … “How do I define my purpose?” I had to make a hard decision, do I continue climbing the corporate ladder that gave me a great income and job security or do I take a risk and jump into a career path that was unknown to me. When I say, I feared if the grass would be greener on the other side, it was a true fear. When I say that I struggled with organizing what was important to me, it was a true struggle. I look back and realize that I scarified my time and energy to a job that no longer fulfilled me, no longer offered me the flexibility in the work-life balance I needed, and became the one place I dreaded every morning. How could I dread a place that I spent 60%+ of my time? I also had this reoccurring dream of me owning my own business. If I dismissed that dream three years ago, I wouldn’t be able to share my story today. I wouldn’t be able to coach other women like you, working 9 to 5 while building their side business (or contemplating building a side business). Double tap if this image if you can relate and are ready to design a career that aligns with your purpose?
There are some people in life that make you laugh a little LOUDER, smile a little BIGGER and live just a little bit BETTER✨ • Transitioning from high school to college was hard for me. I feared growing up, the unknown and change. Because up until that point I shared the same experiences with my circle of friends. I knew college meant moving, friends starting life (family, kids, careers) and it meant some friendships would change/end (and I feared that the most). • My #wcw goes out to these ladies pictured here. 9 years ago, these girls helped make memories on by far one of my favorite #girlstrip . This picture captures the whole experience. We laughed so much during this trip and feeling grateful that our photographer was able to capture this moment.
Would love to hear below what has been your favorite girls trip to date? Where did you go and who were you with?

Complete transparency I find myself looking forward to this weekend because my biggest focus for the next 2-months is mapping out the first 6-months of 2018. Yep! I am little obsessed with having a plan of what I am offering and how I will continue to make my business profitable. During my work breaks, I find myself thinking about my business outline: “What Programs, Webinars and Freebies will I be offering in 2018 to women all over the world who are juggling a 9 to 5 while building a side business. This planning has me eager for the weekend so I can add more ideas to my plan.
Drop your favorite emoji and share what you do for your 9 to 5 and what you do for you side business. Can’t wait to hear from you!
I's funny to think I still get nervous about my side business. Over 20+ coaching clients later and I still get butterflies, I still have restless nights, and I still can’t get enough of coaching/development books. And the feeling I get when I jump on a call and hear their updates on how they moved their #sidebusiness one step forward is indescribable. I get to hear from my clients and see their moments of clarity and growth and I'm reminded that this isn't just a job, it’s an opportunity to do what I love on my own terms and on my time. It’s being my own boss and creating my own rules. ✨Double tap this image if you agree! I invite you to a share below what you are working on before the year is out? What do you need to act on before 2018? And/or How can I help you? 🕰⏰⏱ Photo cred @bossbabebox
Do you struggle with making decision on what’s next for you?
4 years ago, I had a great job, a great boss and great income yet I was burnout and unhappy. I was confident that I needed a change but struggled with where do I start? What path should I choose?
Double tap if you can relate to one (or more) of the following: (1) If you are searching for more freedom in your schedule (2) If you are carving more time for your side hustle while working 9-5 (3) If you like to enjoy a higher level of productivity
I want to hear from you (if you rather share 1:1 send me a DM) which of the 3 reaonated with you and why?
I always had a crush on him, I sat through the Godfather movies just so I could be close to him. People joked that we would get married someday, but we had convinced ourselves we were just "best friends." This time last year we were both upset about not living in the same state and the struggles of long distance dating. We both thought it was going to be our final break-up.
Little did we know a few weeks later we would throw in the towel and make it official… We began the journey of doing everything in our power to be in the same state within a year. We couldn't do life without each other and till this day we are still best friends. I love you always, I love you forever Jason! Double tap if you are dating, engaged or married to your best friend… #118daysuntillwesayido
Double tap if you are already thinking about 2018 resolutions? 😫
Every year right around this time, I hear from my clients/friends/family… “I just don’t know where to start… but what I do know I can’t be doing the same thing that I am doing now this time next year.” We have so many dreams and career goals and yet we feel entirely stuck. Especially when you kicked off the year with intentionality around making a change and now you are realizing 10 months have flown by and you are in the exact same spot you were last year.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned this year is this: I have to keep pushing myself. I have to keep forcing myself to be consistent on my career goals for my business. When I feel defeated (as hard as those moments may get) it’s when I know I have to show up even more and push harder.
You hold the pen to write your next chapter, make it a great! Add all the things that you want to happen for you and how it will happen for you.
If you’re not sure where to start, it’s time for you to consider a 90-minute deep dive coaching session with me. If you are ready to make some big changes with you career before 2018 rolls around comment below with “Yes I Am Ready!”
