Living in Hawaii you really start to learn the meaning of Aloha! It is so much more than a word. It's a feeling, a community, a love for one another and it's contagious. We strive for "Live More Happy" to radiate ALOHA! #livemorehappy#aloha
A big and very crucial part of road trips, camping, time around the fire or cooking meals is definitely for us the soundtrack. -

Today we post an old post from the beautiful one who created the phrase "Live More Happy" and the reason we are here to spread this way of living through all of you.
_______________________________________________________ "It is a time of recognizing and aligning with what we truly value and then vowing to live our lives in such a way that truly upholds and reflects it. Not in just with our words, but in our actions and in the way that we live.
This is the lesson this time brings.
So have courage dear hearts, see what needs to be seen, feel it and allow the transformation that is taking place within and without to carry us to the new. Magic, rebirth, inspiration and much goodness awaits." _______________________________________________________
Start this new year by doing something for yourself, for a stranger, check in on friends and encourage others to do the same.
If you have been wanting to get outdoors and experience some solo travel but don't feel you have the experience or gear to eat and sleep outside we really recommend @airbnb to anyone wanting to get outside on their own.
For those who haven't done any outdoor solo trips we encourage you to book 1 night somewhere to start the new year off right. It can be for next week, next month or any random time you know you can get away.
Booking through an app helps track your location if anything were to ever happen and also lets you read previous experiences from those who stayed there before you.
You can book private rooms for really cheap or find awesome little gems like this treehouse above that we stayed at for less then $100 a night.
If you have a friend or want to jump right to the camping but are not sure what essentials to buy shoot us a message!
Also, we are currently planning our next #lmhcocampout for February so if you are near Southern California we hope to see you there!
Also, this is not an ad for air bnb :) we just think it's a great tool!
Finally things have aligned and plans are set to attend one of @kelsmaeo 's dinners.
Camping out for the final @burnandbloom dinner of the year down at the @wolffeatherhoneyfarm will be nothing short of amazing I'm sure.
Take a second to read up on the story behind her dinners & look for future dates to attend as well.
This photo was taken while driving away from the Door Of Faith Orphanage in Baja yesterday afternoon.
They really created a special place for the kids that end up there but you can't help but feel some sadness for the lives some people are born into.
Make a trip down to Baja to surf or check out the wineries with your next free weekend. We spent only $80 on rice, beans, salsa and a few small gifts which was enough to make a small impact.
Check out @dooroffaith For more information.
cause our eyes are starving to feast on this world.
there are so many turquoise bodies of water left for us to dive in.
there is family. Bloods or chosen.
the possibility of falling in love. with people and places.
hills high as the moon. valleys that roll into new worlds. and road trips. i find it deeply important to accept that we are not masters of this place.
we are her visitors. and like guests let's enjoy this place like a garden.
let's treat it with a gentle hand. so the ones after us can experience it too.
let's find our own sun. grow our own flowers's. the universe delivered us with light and the seeds.
we might not hear it at times but the music is always on. it just needs to be turned louder.
for as long is there is breath in our lungs- we must keep dancing. -Rupi Kaur
