Full Fat Keto Frappe ☕
•2 tbs (1 oz) of full fat cream cheese.
•4 tbs (2 oz) of heavy whipping cream.
•stevia or sweetener of your choice! (2 packets or more if desired)
•3 tbs (1.5 oz) of unsweetened cocoa powder.
•1 cup of cold brew coffee.
•Optional- 1 tbs of torani chocolate syrup. (You can add this instead of sweetner and cocoa). .
•Combine cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, and stevia in a blender. •Blend until fluffy! (About 2 mins.)
•Add cocoa powder and coffee. •Blend another 15 seconds.
•Top with a sprinkle of cocoa powder!
The kids are having a fun, eventful Friday night w friends, so it's Marcos for dinner! I'm trying to figure out how all their friends always end up at our house lol!?! Meatball Bake with no meatballs- we got steak and green peppers! The kids thought it sounded weird- but everyone loved it! 👌😋
•8 oz cold brew coffee
•1/2 scoop wake shake
•1 Tbs brain brew
•splash of almond milk
•skinny syrup, to taste (Plus a little whipped topping)
•Pour over ice and enjoy!
