Cravings! 😫Wow, they come in all shapes in sizes, right? I use to struggle with them, but things became a lot easier for me when I began to stop and and ask myself "what are you going through right now?" When I started listening to the answer it became clear that most of my cravings were emotionally charge. 🤔At this point I have two options, give into the craving or find a healthy alternative.
Sometimes I want that slice of pie,👍 but most of the time I can find a healthy option right in my own kitchen that satisfies my craving and taste amazing! ✨1/4 tsp baking powder
✨2 egg whites (or one whole egg)
✨1/2 cup water
