One of my current favorite exercises. Did a low-intensity workout focusing on stretching and movement then did some core and threw a few sets of these in. I'm focusing on moving my scapulae with control since they tend to become unstable with all the weird pulling angle Judo imposes on the body. Full workout:
4 sets:
10 leg lifts, 1110
10 sit-ups, w/ 25lbs
20 Russian twists, w/ 16lbs
10 reverse sit-ups, w/ 45lbs
Then, 3 sets of:
10 rows, w/90lbs (video)
10 Pull-down, behind the head, w/70lbs
