When was the last time you did something that’s not you?
Sometimes you gotta step out of your comfort zone. Try something new. That’s what these two pieces represent for me. They’re imperfect. They took less than half an hour to draw. You never grow unless you try something new. You might fail and but then you’ve learned something.
You can choose to be sad that you failed or you can choose to be proud that you at least tried.
So many emotions over two tiny drawings, I know. You get the picture... It’s a little lesson in life and a daily reminder to myself so I keep them by my desk where I can see them.
I'm gonna start showing a bit more of the progress behind my work. This stage right here is where it starts to shift from rough to detailed. I'm off to go buy new led and refills for my mono eraser - essential tools for the details in this piece.
Favorite one so far! ♣️Started this little perfume project 3 days ago and I've managed to draw 2 perfumes each day. I've got 2 more lined up for today! Check my previous post if you want to win a print!
Also just really want to thank you all for the sweet comments I've received about this little perfume project! You guys are the best!
