Yall! This is legit the proudest culinary moment of my life!!! The ONE thing i was bummed about entering veganism was how much i L-O-V-E #olivegarden#lasagnafrittas !!!! Like obseeeeeessseddddd!! But i moved foreword till it hit me. Girl, i said to myself, you knooowwww pintrest has a vegan version! Get to ittttt!!! So i did! I expirimented and perfected and tonight! On this very evening! The clouds parted and angels sung as this! This VEGAN lasagna fritta was (forgive my bias- however i have other witnesses who taste tasted and agreed) BETTER than OGs!
Im just taken away by joy right now and gonna stuff my face full of this delicious treat!
Now to the part youll wanna know!
I used the ricotta cheese recipe that i previously posted with the stuffed shells, the breading and frying ive posted with the eggplant parm recipe, the parmesan "cheese" recipe i posted earlier, a mushroom marinara and the bestttttt Alfredo sauce ive everrrrrr haddddddd omggggg!!!!! It is imporant to freeze them for at least 20-30 before breading and frying them but I promise! This DOES NOT dissapoint!! 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
