My flight got moved to later because of snow in Atlanta (??) so I made the best of it and went to Winston for a TREAT YO SELF kinda dinner with @nayabhabib and trivia! 🔹
We got caprese salad, I had dis bomb pesto veggie pasta + focaccia, and we split a dessert AND half priced bottle of prosecco 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ celebrating the end of the semester RIGHT

Made this salad yesterday at the Harris teeter salad bar to keep in my fridge for today so I wouldn’t have leftovers over Christmas break! Added some @plantsnacks cassava root beet & goat cheese chips for crunch

On another note I thought I was going to be able to make it through to Friday (when I leave) without buying any food but considering I have about 4 eggs, coconut flour, shredded cheese, and butter left..... I’m gonna have to stop by Harris teeter later and get a few things.

Spirulina is one of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet 🌎 with tons of iron, b vitamins, etc. and the best part is that this source of plant iron is really easily absorbable! The chocolate chips are just for kix -
