One of our traditions is to have scones thanksgiving morning while we watch the parade. This year is eggnog scones, made vegan for the first time. They didn’t rise as much as I’d like but the taste is spot on!
Today I tested out @bobsredmill vegan egg replacer and made some kickass cupcakes! Chocolate cupcakes with a vanilla buttercream using @earthbalance buttery sticks. Hopefully my photography and piping skills will get as good as the flavors I’m able to create 😂😆
