It's not easy, especially when you've grown up looking for imperfections. But I'm getting there, definitely accepting and learning what self love really is, and it's so many things. Most importantly, is overall health, and I'm getting there too. Day by day, I'm making changes that are becoming habits and I'm actually enjoying it, and life more and that's just awesome!!
Winner winner chicken dinner 🍗 @bargainboxnz this creamy chicken pasta was so yummy!! Served mine up with zoodles, served theirs up as the recipe said. You can tell I don't put as much effort into plating up the rest of the fam!!

It's amazing, after you've cut sugar and your taste buds recalibrate and things that were never really sweet, now really are!! Like peas!! Pea and feta smash on a slice of @thelarderproject sesame & linseed bread with a teeny bowl of leftover soup 🙌🏼
I always use to end up chucking the last half of feta. Never again!! Pea and feta smash on sweet tater toast (was going to have sour dough toast but the tater needed to be eaten), with a perfectly poached free range egg with a hearty crack of S & P 🙏🏼 About to pop down the road and grab a bottle of tequila, I feel a margarita no get coming on!!
Breakfast was delicious 😋 Free range egg baked in a 'scooped out' sweet tater, with leftover Mexican lasagne guts, smashed avo (added a matcha cap because it wasn't super good to look at) and sauerkraut (because gut health!!). Now to get the BBQ ribs on for dinner!!
Over-poached free range eggs because I've a just turned 8year old that's is pushing every button. TWICE!! and just doesn't care about consequence, so darned frustrating!! Being a mum is bloody hard at times!! TGIF as no need to justify a wine, it's been a really tough week so looking forward to the weekend!! Back to breaky, poached eggs on toast with butter and Vegemite, sometimes less is more!!
Breakfast of meat free, dairy free champions!! SO sorry I forgot yesterday!! But I 'm turning this into a #WIDN for lovely @mrsyoungandhealthy and ask these 2 gorgeous ladies @stephdryland & @k_ystleb_ooke to show us what they're doing now. I always find time to make a hearty breaky, even in the mornings I push snooze twice (most mornings 🤣) and straighten my hair (every second day, because darned curls!!). Sets you up to start the day in the best possible way!! So I'll have this (with a glass of coconut kefir water) whilst everyone else eats oatmeal 🙌🏼
So I've got some 'stuff' goin' on that's making me think about seriously cleaning up my life (It can do that you know!!). Had a shop up on superfoods at Bin Inn this morning and so happy with the yumminess from @nutraorganics Its seriously good!! 💕
