@Regranned from @functionalpatternsnina - IS POSTURE TRAINING A BIG HYPE?
Another valid AF #TruthBomb written by @functionalpatterns : "Your resting posture tells you how well you are moving. If we think about movement from muscles going through eccentric and concentric spectrums through lines of tension, it is easy to understand the role of posture. Its role is telling you how well you are potentiating muscle chains through functional eccentric and concentric potentials.
In basic english, your posture tells you your quality of movment. It tells you if muscles actually potentiate your movement, or whether gravity is doing movements for you. If you have missing links in different planes of motion, they show up on your posture. The body is non newtonian, meaning that gravity should not set the tone in your movement. Meaning things like stretching and hyperflaccid training can be unbelievable damaging on a human body. Lol, that statement was random. Just wanted to bag on hyperflaccid idiocy. That said, you never find out what's really wrong about a person's muscle associations, until you see them walk." - @themyohacker

@Regranned from @themyohacker - People fear humiliation more than death. If we judge them by their sustainable behavior, instead of their bulging biceps, enormous useless glutes, shredded abs, and low senses of self, we have a different society. Success in a tribe is simple. Hold your tribesmen accountable for being competent. If we hold each other accountable for the stupid shit done in our society, things change immediately. All of the sudden when it's not cool to lift arbitrary things for abitrary reasons, we find out that caterpillars and other forms of tech exist for a reason.
We have brains that are meant for higher thinking. Anyone who tells me that lifting weights for vanity is a high purpose deserves to be ridiculed. They should be called what they deserve: a fucking moron. Don't like that assertion? You're a moron. Congradulations.

@Regranned from @functionalpatterns - If you agree drop me a ❤. If you don't, go get a brain scan to see if there's shit where brains are supposed to be.
I have forced the industry to accept this definition of functionality in training. Why? Not just because conceptually it describes the term at its foundation, but because I have provided results that showcase we enhance human movement. Ofcourse, many still want to close their eyes and act like the results are non existent, but anyone with a brain cell left in their head get it. It's too bad most in society don't have functioning brain cells. No surprise when you see all the stupid shit people do to disrespect our evolutionary path.
The day you look at this meme and it clicks is the day you will be on a path to figuring this problem out. FP is the only system out there that has aimed to train humans in relation to their biology. Many know it alls in the strength and conditioning cult have said I copied guys like Gray Cook in my approach to training. Notice how I don't do overhead squat assessments? It's because I realized things guys like him never did. Like I said, my results that no one else can reproduce tell the story of my supposed plagiarism.
FP is new. It deserved to be treated as the real field of human performance. With time, it will be known as this. Once again, our results from hundreds of practitioners worldwide will tell the tale. FP all motherfucking day bitches.
Fyi, hip thrusters, back squats and deadlifts are the most retarded thing in the world of functionality. Anyone who murmurs those exercises with the term functional is a complete moron.
