I am sharing some salads that I have eaten in the past few nights, with no fat dressing.
Ingredients:
1 cup butternut squash steamed or raw
1 cup cauliflower stesmed or raw
1/2 red bell pepper
1-1 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon irish moss gel (for more thickening)
2-3 sun dried tomatoes
2 tbsp ACV
Onion and garlic powder
Pepper and salt (optional)
